MEET TAHIRA
As a certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Master Holistic Counsellor, and Mindfulness Practitioner, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to every interaction. My approach is rooted in culturally safe, trauma-informed care, and the deep belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Through my own journey of healing and transformation, I've learned that true wellness comes not from perfection, but from authentic connection to ourselves, our communities, and our purpose. I'm here to walk alongside you on your path to mental wellness and empowerment.
Having lived and worked across Kenya, the UAE, and Australia, cultural safety is not just a principle I practise, it is something I have lived. I bring that understanding into every space I create, where diversity is celebrated as a strength that enriches our collective healing.
