My approach is rooted in culturally safe, trauma-informed care, and the deep belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.

Through my own journey of healing and transformation, I've learned that true wellness comes not from perfection, but from authentic connection to ourselves, our communities, and our purpose. I'm here to walk alongside you on your path to mental wellness and empowerment.

Having lived and worked across Kenya, the UAE, and Australia, cultural safety is not just a principle I practise, it is something I have lived. I bring that understanding into every space I create, where diversity is celebrated as a strength that enriches our collective healing.

Absolutely. We believe no two journeys are the same. Tahira works with you to understand your unique needs and goals, then designs a personalised plan that may blend coaching, training, and community programs for a holistic approach to your wellbeing.
Tahira holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA International), Master Holistic Counselling, Mindfulness Practice, Advanced Coach Mastery and Coach Mastery through The Life Coaching College, and Introduction to Hypnosis. Alongside her private practice, she brings over six years of experience in community capacity building and planning with Brimbank City Council, and a decade of community engagement through the arts sector in Melbourne.
Cultural safety is central to everything we do. Tahira has lived and worked across Kenya, the UAE, and Australia, and speaks English, Spanish, and Kiswahili. She has spent years building capacity within multicultural communities through her work with local government, and brings that deep understanding to every client relationship. All sessions are held in a non-judgmental, inclusive space where every background is welcome.
